Migrant Training AIS recognises that early, tailored provision of training and information is key to empowering migrants and paving the way for their successful integration. Moving to a new country with different cultures, traditions, and practices can require an adjustment period of variable duration and difficulty. Migrants of all categories frequently have unrealistic and, consequently, inaccurate expectations of their future life in their destination country. These expectations not only cause stress to the public and cause confusion for public service providers in the host community AIS is convinced that early, tailored, training and information provision is key to empowering migrants for their successful integration. Migrant training includes a wide range of activities designed to prepare migrants, both permanent and temporary, for their successful integration into the uk migrant training provides critical information about the United Kingdom and identifies the skills needed for migrants to succeed, whether in the workplace or in the community. Ultimately, migrant training empowers participants to adapt more rapidly and successfully to the day-to-day demands of their new environment and to better navigate the services in place, designed to assist them in the settlement process. These classes are crucial for enabling migrants to gain employment, interact with their neighbours, and participate in local governance. We provide guidance and assistance to help African immigrants navigate challenges and improve their well-being in the UK Counselling Speak with a trained volunteer on our counselling line Our counselling line is manned by a team of caring and trained volunteers who are ready to provide you with practical information, advice, and a listening ear on any personal issues you may have You can easily reach us via phone, email, or through the chatbot on our website. Cultural integration is a vital process for immigrants to fully embrace the culture, society, and economy of their new country. It's a two-way street, requiring adjustments from both immigrants and the host society. In the last 5 years, the UK has welcomed around 500,000 new immigrants from Africa, and we're dedicated to facilitating their integration. Our focus extends beyond immigrants to include key stakeholders in the host society, such as local authorities, support services, law enforcement agencies, and UK citizens. To achieve our goals, we've developed a comprehensive approach that involves a range of initiatives, from training sessions and seminars to webinars, workshops, fairs, and exhibitions. We're committed to providing tailored support, including bespoke training, interpretation services, resume building assistance, interview preparation, and guidance on integrating into the UK workforce and understanding British workplace culture. We're also passionate about enhancing English language skills and promoting engagement with the local community to ensure seamless integration.
