- Cultural Integration | AIS
Discover how AIS promotes cultural integration by celebrating diversity, fostering inclusion, and supporting African immigrants in adapting to life in the UK while preserving their heritage. Cultural Integration AT THE CENTRE OF WHAT WE DO AT AIS IS CULTURAL INTEGRATION We are excited to share with you the incredible work we're doing at AIS, where cultural integration lies at the heart of our mission. Cultural integration is a vital process for immigrants to fully embrace the culture, society, and economy of their new country. It's a two-way street, requiring adjustments from both immigrants and the host society. In the last 5 years, the UK has welcomed around 500,000 new immigrants from Africa, and we're dedicated to facilitating their integration. Our focus extends beyond immigrants to include key stakeholders in the host society, such as local authorities, support services, law enforcement agencies, and UK citizens. To achieve our goals, we've developed a comprehensive approach that involves a range of initiatives, from training sessions and seminars to webinars, workshops, fairs, and exhibitions. We're committed to providing tailored support, including bespoke training, interpretation services, resume building assistance, interview preparation, and guidance on integrating into the UK workforce and understanding British workplace culture. We're also passionate about enhancing English language skills and promoting engagement with the local community to ensure seamless integration. If you're an individual who could benefit from our services, or if you believe your organization could benefit from partnering with us, or if you're interested in our training, or just want to learn more, please don't hesitate to reach out.
